Here is a brief listing of some of our areas of expertise.
Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions and Major INPO Assesssments
We have expertise in major plant assessments as well as INPO/WANO assessments including Training Accreditation Team Leader experience. Also we have many years of Root Cause assessment and training expertise for the nuclear power and defense industries.
Operator Training
Experience in Operations and Operations Training including simulator and classroom training and training program development.

Training Program development and implementation experience in all Nuclear Training Programs.

Operations and Operations Training Staffing Analysis
We developed a sophisticated Operator staffing analysis which predicted the needs for training showing staffing levels, training and shift staffing schedules as well as attrition projections.
Performance Improvement
We have experience with Performance Improvement Projects on a plant wide scale.
Large Team Management for Nuclear New Build
We were primarily responsible for the coordination and initiation of a SAT based training program for a nuclear new build.
